Deposit and Billing Policy

At the end of your consultation, a non-refundable $170 deposit is required to secure your appointment and begin the custom tattoo design process. The deposit is applied toward the total tattoo cost. Remaining balances are due based on the artist’s hourly rate or agreed flat project rate.

Short-notice changes or cancellations impact reserved studio time and design work, which is why deposits are non-refundable. I appreciate your understanding.

Deposit Policy

A tattoo deposit is required after consultation to begin work on a custom tattoo design and to reserve an appointment time. The deposit covers design time, consultation, and studio scheduling.

All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

In reading this agreement I acknowledge and agree as follows: All tattoo deposits are non-refundable.

Upon paying a deposit, I acknowledge that I have communicated my tattoo design idea to the artist to my satisfaction and have reviewed the artist’s prior work to determine that the artist is capable of executing my concept. I understand that tattoo design is a subjective artistic process, and variations may exist between my concept and the final design.

I understand that final designs are not guaranteed to match personal expectations exactly and are subject to artistic interpretation and execution.

Revisions & Changes

Minor adjustments may be made at the artist’s discretion. Substantial changes to the design or requests for an entirely new design or draft will require a new deposit, and the original deposit will be forfeited as payment for the artist’s design time.

Design Process & Tools

All tattoo designs are custom-created by the artist using a combination of digital illustration tools, hand refinement, references, and compositional techniques as part of the creative process.

The specific tools, methods, and workflow used are determined solely by the artist’s professional discretion and may vary depending on the design.

Communication & Responsibility

By booking, the client agrees that all artistic interpretation, design decisions, and execution methods are at the discretion of the artist. Once design work has begun, the artist’s time and creative work are considered delivered under the deposit.

It is the client’s responsibility to provide timely communication, confirm availability, and follow through with scheduled appointment discussions. Failure to do so may result in loss of reserved time slots.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is allowed in the case of illness or emergency. The client must notify the artist as soon as possible and reschedule within 72 hours. Additional reschedules may result in loss of deposit.

The artist reserves the right to one complimentary reschedule in the case of illness or emergency. In such cases, the artist will communicate as soon as reasonably possible and reschedule upon recovery.

Design Delivery

Final design concepts are typically finalized and delivered 1 day prior to the scheduled appointment, though in some cases they may be provided on the day of the session depending on the design process.

Minor edits may be accommodated prior to the session. Major redesigns are not accepted at the last minute.

Tattoo Artist Reschedule Clause:

  • In the event of an emergency or illness, the tattoo artist reserves the right to reschedule your appointment one time. In such cases, your deposit will not be refunded but will be fully applied to the rescheduled session. If the artist is sick, she will reach out as soon as she has recovered to arrange a new date.

    Please understand that your deposit not only secures your appointment preventing other clients from booking that time, but also covers the time and effort spent creating your custom tattoo design. Your health and safety are a top priority, and the artist is deeply committed to providing focused, high-quality work. Because your tattoo is a lifelong piece of art on your body, she will only proceed when she’s able to give it the full attention and care it deserves.

Billing Policy

  • Time used to edit or resize the tattoo design if needed;

  • Time used to apply tattoo stencils to the body;

  • Time used to assemble tattoo equipment and open sanitary supplies in front of me, or to replenish necessary supplies during the tattoo session;
